Warranty of Construction Works managed by the Ministry of National Defense

Based on Article 12 of Circular 174/2021/TT-BQP (Effective from February 12, 2022), the warranty of construction works managed by the Ministry of National Defense is stipulated as follows:

- The content of the construction works warranty includes:

+ Requirements for the warranty of construction works;

+ Responsibilities of the entities in the warranty of construction works.

- The contents of points a and b, Clause 1 of this Article are implemented according to the provisions of Articles 28 and 29 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP.

- The warranty period for project items and construction works is calculated from the date they are accepted and completed by the investor, as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 28 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP.

Maintenance of Construction Works managed by the Ministry of National Defense

In Article 13 of Circular 174/2021/TT-BQP (Effective from February 12, 2022), the maintenance of construction works managed by the Ministry of National Defense is stipulated as follows:

- The content of the construction works maintenance includes:

+ Procedures for the maintenance of construction works;

+ Process for the maintenance of construction works;

+ Plan for the maintenance of construction works;

+ Implementation of the maintenance of construction works;

+ Quality management of the maintenance of construction works;

+ Cost of the maintenance of construction works.

- The contents of points a, b, c, d, dd, and e, Clause 1 of this Article are implemented according to the provisions of Articles 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP.

- Monitoring of construction works during exploitation and use

The content, monitoring requirements; and the list of works to be monitored are implemented in accordance with Article 4 and Appendix I issued together with Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BXD.
