Training, Instruction, and Examination for Occupational Safety Technical Inspection Skills

Based on Article 11 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BXD (Effective from October 15, 2021) which stipulates the training, fostering, and examination of technical safety inspection operations as follows:

1. Training in technical safety inspection operations is conducted for individuals with a university degree or higher in technical disciplines, who have not been issued an inspector's certificate or whose inspector's certificate has been revoked.

2. Fostering in technical safety inspection operations is conducted for individuals who are inspectors. Inspectors must participate in a technical safety inspection operations fostering course at least once within a period of 30 to 36 months from the date of issuance of the inspector's certificate.

3. Individuals participating in the training, fostering of technical safety inspection operations stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article must undergo examination as per regulations.
