The Levels of Fees for Appraising Construction Investment Projects and Basic Design Appraising Fees in 2020
Based on Article 2 of Circular 34/2020/TT-BTC and Circular 209/2016/TT-BTC regulations:
The collection and submission rates of fees for the appraisal of construction investment projects and the appraisal of the basic design from May 5, 2020, to December 31, 2020, are 50% of the fee rates specified in the Fee Rate Table issued with Circular No. 209/2016/TT-BTC.
To be specific, the reduced fee rates are as follows:
1. Fee for the appraisal of construction investment projects

2. Fee for the appraisal of the basic design (for construction investment projects using non-budget state capital, PPP projects, and construction investment projects using other capital sources): The appraisal fee for the basic design is 50% of the appraisal fee for construction investment projects specified in point 1 of the Fee Rate Table.
=> The above are the collection and submission rates of fees for the appraisal of construction investment projects and the appraisal of the basic design from May 5, 2020, to December 31, 2020. Depending on the total project investment, there will be different rates.
