Based on Clause 7, Article 1 of Decision 294/QD-TTg in 2020, which stipulates the timeframe for developing the urban and rural planning system for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, as follows:
The period for developing the urban and rural planning system for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, is no more than 24 months from the date the planning task is approved (excluding the time waiting for report, appraisal, and approval).
=> Thus, this decision takes effect from February 24, 2020, so the deadline for developing the urban and rural planning system for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 is February 23, 2022.
