Technical regulations for concrete reinforcement steel in Vietnam
Based on Section 2.1 Section 2 of the Vietnam National Technical Regulation QCVN 07:2019/BKHCN issued together with Circular 13/2019/TT-BKHCN stipulating technical regulations for concrete reinforcement steel as follows:
- Dimensions, weight per meter length, and permissible deviations according to Table 1.
- Grades, chemical composition, and mechanical properties of smooth round bars according to the provisions of TCVN 1651-1:2018, Concrete Reinforcement Steel - Part 1: Smooth Round Bars.
- Requirements for ribs, grades, chemical composition, and mechanical properties of deformed bars according to the provisions of TCVN 1651-2:2018, Concrete Reinforcement Steel - Part 2: Deformed Bars.
- Shape, dimensions, chemical composition, and mechanical properties of welded steel mesh according to the provisions of TCVN 1651-3:2008 (ISO 6935-3:2007), Concrete Reinforcement Steel - Part 3: Welded Steel Mesh.
- Dimensions, weight, tolerances, geometric shapes of deformed wires, indented wires, chemical composition, mechanical properties of cold-drawn steel wires for concrete reinforcement and production of welded steel mesh for concrete reinforcement according to the provisions of TCVN 6288:1997 (ISO 10544:1992), Cold-Drawn Steel Wires for Concrete Reinforcement and Production of Welded Steel Mesh.
