Based on Subsection 1, Section II of the 2022 Anti-terrorism Work Plan issued along with Decision 87/QD-BXD in 2022, the regulations for enhancing the work of disseminating and popularizing the law are as follows:

1. Enhance the Work of Disseminating and Popularizing the Law

1.1. Anti-terrorism Laws and the Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Key Projects; Legal Regulations on the Prevention of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction

- Lead unit: Legal Department- Coordinating units: Planning and Architecture Department, Department of Construction Activity Management- Implementation period: Throughout 2022

1.2. Laws on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing in the Real Estate Sector

- Implementing unit: Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management- Implementation period: Throughout 2022

Reviewing and Proposing Authority to Enter into and Implement International Treaties and Agreements on Anti-terrorism Work in 2022?

Based on Subsection 2, Section II of the 2022 Anti-terrorism Work Plan issued along with Decision 87/QD-BXD in 2022, the regulations are as follows:

2. Review and Propose Authority to Enter into and Implement International Treaties and Agreements on Anti-terrorism and the Prevention of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction within the State Management Area of the Construction Sector

- Lead unit: International Cooperation Department- Coordinating units: Subordinate units of the Ministry- Implementation period: Throughout 2022

Provide Information on Suspected Terrorist Activities, Terrorism Financing, and the Prevention of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction

In Subsection 3, Section II of the 2022 Anti-terrorism Work Plan issued along with Decision 87/QD-BXD in 2022, the regulations are as follows:

3. Provide Information on Suspected Terrorist Activities, Terrorism Financing, and the Prevention of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction to Functional Units of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense

- Lead unit: Inspectorate of the Ministry- Coordinating units: Office of the Ministry, Information Center, and other subordinate units of the Ministry- Implementation period: Throughout 2022
