Specifications for Architectural Design Documents as Prescribed.
The specifications for architectural design documentation are stipulated in Article 3 of Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD. To be specific:
- The architectural design dossier includes the components of drawings and descriptions.
- The architectural design dossier must ensure the following requirements:
+ The specifications and scale of drawings must adhere to the National Standard TCVN 5671:2012 concerning the system of construction design documents - architectural design dossier;
+ The drawing title block must comply with the National Standard TCVN 5571:2012 concerning the system of construction design documents - construction drawings - title block.
- Individuals responsible for the architectural specialty of the organization, the legal representative, or the authorized person must sign and seal the design contractor as per regulations.
- The chief designer named in the design dossier must ensure:
+ Directly organizing and executing design tasks, having expertise, and bearing the highest responsibility for the content and quality of the architectural design, controlling other disciplines to coordinate and unify with the architecture;
+ The chief designer can be the author of the architectural plan or the person who directly organizes the execution of the author's concept.
- The principal architectural designer named in the design dossier must ensure:
+ Must have the required capability assigned to lead the architectural design of the project or to lead the architectural design verification, taking responsibility for the content of the architectural design;
+ The principal can replace the chief designer’s role if authorized by the chief designer.
