Regulations on the Management of Architecture in Rural Residential Areas: What Are the Contents?
According to Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 85/2020/ND-CP (Effective from September 07, 2020), the management regulations for rural residential architecture include the following main contents:
- Regulations on the overall scope and boundary of the regulation;
- General orientation on architecture and landscape for the entire rural residential point;
- Determining the requirements for national cultural identity in architecture at the rural residential point as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 12 of this Decree;
- Specific regulations in the central area, along inter-commune roads, main roads, inter-hamlet roads, landscape conservation areas; concentrated village areas, development areas along roads, rivers, and water surfaces;
- Regulations for public works: office architecture, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, cultural and sports works;
- Regulations for housing: construction according to the indicators stipulated in the approved rural construction planning;
- Regulations stipulated at points d, e, g, and h of Clause 3, Article 14 of the Law on Architecture and point d of Clause 1, Article 12 of this Decree.
