Based on Clause 2, Article 5 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BXD (Effective from October 15, 2021), it is stipulated:
The construction inspection proposal includes the following main contents:
a) Purpose, requirements, subjects, and content of the inspection;
b) List of technical regulations and standards applied;
c) Information on the competence of the lead and individuals conducting the inspection, construction specialized laboratories conducting the inspection (if any);
d) Process and methods of conducting the inspection;
dd) Schedule for conducting the inspection;
e) Estimated cost of the inspection;
g) Other necessary contents.
