Organization of Training, Refresher Courses, and Professional Certification for Occupational Safety Technical Inspection in Construction
Based on Article 13 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BXD (Effective from October 15, 2021) stipulating the organization of training, fostering, and assessing professional certification in technical safety inspections of labor as follows:
The Ministry of Construction assigns the State Agency for Construction Quality Inspection as the specialized agency responsible for organizing training, fostering, and assessing professional certification in technical safety inspections of labor.
The specialized agency is responsible for:
a) Developing and submitting the framework program for training, assessing professional certification in technical safety inspections of labor to the Ministry of Construction for approval;
b) Selecting organizations to conduct training and fostering professional certification in technical safety inspections of labor. The selected organizations must be those authorized by competent agencies to issue certificates of eligibility to conduct safety and labor hygiene training and possess materials, training programs consistent with the framework program for technical safety inspection professional training;
c) Announcing information of organizations conducting training, fostering, and assessing professional certification in technical safety inspections of labor on the Ministry of Construction's electronic information portal;
d) Inspecting activities of training, fostering, and assessing professional certification in technical safety inspections of labor.
