Notification of bringing non-inland waterway infrastructure works into use
Article 39 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP stipulates the notification of bringing non-inland waterway infrastructure works into use as follows:
- Within 05 working days from the date of acceptance of the completed work and putting it into use, the investor shall send a written notice to the Regional Inland Waterway Sub-Department (for works on national inland waterways, protection corridors of navigational channels, waters outside the national navigational channels, dedicated inland waterways connecting to national inland waterways), the Department of Transport (for works on local inland waterways, protection corridors of navigational channels, waters outside the local navigational channels, dedicated inland waterways connecting to local inland waterways).
- Notification content
+ Name of the work;
+ Location (route, place name, coordinates);
+ Main parameters of the work;
+ Start time of operation.
- The notification of bringing non-inland waterway infrastructure works into use shall follow Form No. 25 in the Appendix issued with this Decree.
