What are regulations on nominal fire resistance limit of external wall structures in fire safety in Vietnam?

Based on Table F.3, Section F.1, Appendix F of the National Technical Regulation on Fire Safety for Buildings and Constructions issued together with Circular 02/2021/TT-BXD, the regulation on the nominal fire resistance limit of external wall structures is as follows:

1. Walls with a steel skeleton frame, the outer layer made of non-combustible material sheets, and the inner layer is:  
a) 12.5 mm thick cement sand or gypsum plaster on steel lath EI 240
b) Two 9.5 mm thick panels EI 30
c) 9.5 mm thick panel with 12.5 mm thick gypsum plaster EI 30
d) 12.5 mm thick panel with 5 mm thick gypsum plaster EI 30
e) 50 mm thick rice husk board EI 30
f) 50 mm thick rice husk board with 5 mm thick gypsum plaster EI 120
2. Walls with a wooden skeleton frame, the outer layer is 10 mm thick cement sand or cement-lime ^1)^ and the inner layer is:  
a) 16 mm thick gypsum plaster on steel lath EI 60

4. Walls with a wooden skeleton frame, the outer layer is edge-overlapping panels or 9.5 mm thick plywood ^1^^)^ and the inner layer is:  
a) 16 mm thick gypsum plaster on steel lath EI 30
b) 9.5 mm thick panel with 12.5 mm thick gypsum plaster EI 30
c) 12.5 mm thick panel with 5 mm thick gypsum plaster EI 30
d) 50 mm thick rice husk board EI 30
e) Autoclaved aerated concrete block with a thickness of:  
50 mm EI 180
62 mm EI 240
75 mm EI 240
100 mm EI 240
^1)^ The presence of membranes that can form combustible vapors within the thickness of these structures should not contribute to their fire resistance.
