Method of Determining Costs for Building and Adjusting Local Housing Development Plans

Method for determining the expenses for the construction and adjustment of the local housing development plan as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 07/2021/TT-BXD. To be specific:

- The expenses for preparing the 5-year housing development plan and the first year of the program should not exceed 50% of the total cost of developing the new housing development program as determined at the time of budget estimation; the expenses for conducting research to adjust the 5-year housing development plan should not exceed 60% of the total cost of developing the housing development plan as stipulated at this point;

- The expenses for preparing the annual housing development plan (excluding the first year of the program) should not exceed 20% of the total cost of developing the new housing development program as determined at the time of budget estimation; the expenses for adjusting the annual housing development plan should not exceed 60% of the total cost of developing the annual housing development plan as stipulated at this point.
