Measurement According to the Area of Traffic Bridges: What Are the Regulations?
The measurement according to the area of traffic bridges is stipulated in Clause 3 Article 6 of Circular 17/2019/TT-BXD. Specifically:
- The area volume of road traffic bridges is calculated based on the full width including the outer edge of the railing and the full length up to the end of the abutment.
- Descriptive information includes: type of bridge, type of bridge girder, bridge width, span length, type of pile, pile foundation length, and other related information necessary for cost determination (if any) which should be recorded in the Detailed Table of Construction Work Volume.
