Management of Material Quality for Construction Works: What Documentation is Required?

According to Clause 5 Article 12 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP on the management dossier for the quality of materials, products, components, and equipment used for construction works, including:

- Quality certificate issued by the manufacturer as required by the contract and in accordance with the law on the quality of goods and products;

- Certificate of origin must comply with the contract between the supplying contractor, the buyer, and with the list of materials approved by the investor for cases of import in accordance with the law on the origin of goods;

- Certificate of conformity in accordance with applicable technical regulations and relevant laws for materials, products, components, and equipment subject to mandatory conformity certification and announcement according to the laws on the quality of goods and products;

- Relevant information and documents on materials, products, components, and equipment used for construction in accordance with the construction contract;

- Test, trial, and inspection results of materials, products, components, and equipment used for construction according to applicable technical regulations, standards, and design requirements during the construction process;

- Acceptance reports for materials, products, components, and equipment used for construction as prescribed;

- Other related documents as required by the construction contract.
