2. Basis for formulating national land use plans includes:
- National land use planning;
- The 5-year and annual socio-economic development plans of the entire country;
- 5-year land use needs of various sectors and fields at the provincial level;
- Results of implementing the national land use plan in the previous period;
- The capacity to invest and mobilize resources to implement the land use plan.
The content of the national land use plan includes:
- Analyzing and evaluating the results of implementing the national land use plan in the previous period;
- Determining the area of each type of land in the national land use planning for each 5-year land use planning period;
- The 5-year land use plan for each socio-economic region and provincial administrative unit;
- Solutions for implementing the land use plan.
