Is It Required to Prepare a Supervision Report for the Investor?

According to Clause 5, Article 19 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP on the supervision of construction activities, as follows:

Organizations and individuals conducting the supervision of construction activities must prepare a report on the supervision of construction activities according to the content specified in Appendix IV of this Decree, and submit it to the investor while also being responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and objectivity of the contents in this report. Reports shall be prepared in the following cases:

- Periodic reports or reports according to the construction stages, as stipulated in Appendix IVa of this Decree. The investor shall regulate the preparation of periodic reports or reports according to the construction stages and the time these reports are prepared;

- Reports prepared upon the completion of staged acceptance, completion of bidding packages, project items, construction works as stipulated in Appendix IVb of this Decree.
