In Which Cases Is the Test for Issuing the Certificate of Architecture Practice Exempted?
Clause 1 and Clause 3 of Article 28 of the Architecture Law 2019 provide the conditions for the issuance of an architecture practicing certificate as follows:
"1. The conditions for the issuance of an architecture practicing certificate are as follows:
a) Possess a university degree or higher in the field of architecture;
b) Have at least 03 years of experience participating in architectural service provision at an architectural practice organization or in collaboration with architects practicing individually;
c) Pass the examination for the issuance of the architecture practicing certificate.
- Individuals with continuous service of 10 years or more directly participating in state management of architecture, teaching at the university level or higher in the field of architecture, or practicing architecture are exempted from the condition stipulated at point c, clause 1 of this Article."
According to the above regulations, not all cases require taking the examination for the issuance of an architecture practicing certificate. If an individual has continuously served 10 years or more directly participating in state management of architecture, teaching at the university level or higher in the field of architecture, or practicing architecture, they are exempted from the examination.
Sincerely!
