How is the Technical Plan for Construction Survey Regulated?

Article 27 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP stipulates the technical plan for construction surveying as follows:

1. The surveying contractor shall develop a technical plan for construction surveying that is consistent with the construction surveying tasks.

2. Content of the technical plan for construction surveying;

a) Basis for developing the technical plan for construction surveying;

b) Components and volume of construction surveying work;

c) Methods, surveying equipment, and laboratories to be used;

d) Standards and technical regulations applicable to construction surveying;

e) Organization of implementation and quality control measures of the surveying contractor;

f) Implementation schedule;

g) Measures ensuring safety for personnel, equipment, technical infrastructure works, and other construction works in the survey area; environmental protection measures, landscape preservation in the survey area, and restoration of original conditions after the survey concludes.

3. The project owner is responsible for verifying or hiring a consulting unit with adequate capacity to appraise the technical plan for construction surveying and to approve the technical plan for construction surveying according to the contract's regulations.
