Order of Construction Inspection Procedures
How are the procedures for construction inspection regulated? Please provide assistance.Based on Clause 1 Article 5 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BXD (Effective from October 15, 2021), the procedure for performing construction inspection is stipulated as follows:
- The investor, property owner, manager, or user of the construction, as well as the provincial housing management agency stipulated in Article 7 of Decree No. 69/2021/ND-CP dated July 15, 2021 by the Government of Vietnam on the renovation and reconstruction of apartment buildings (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 69/2021/ND-CP), shall organize and approve the inspection tasks; select a construction inspection organization that meets capacity requirements and is suitable for the content of the inspection tasks;
- The selected construction inspection organization shall draft an inspection outline, submit it to the authority or organization specified in point a of this clause for approval, conduct the inspection according to the approved outline, and prepare an inspection result report to submit to the aforementioned authority for review and acceptance as per regulations.
