How is the interior design dossier regulated?
The interior design documents are stipulated in Article 8 of Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD. To be specific:
- Interior design documents that are not part of the architectural construction drawing dossier as specified in Article 7 of this Circular shall be prepared upon the request of the investor with the design contractor.
- Drawings include:
+ Drawings of the current state, floor plan of the interior design area, diagram analyzing the relationship with other functional spaces;
+ Deployment floor plans, elevations, flooring, interior arrangement, and electrical equipment arrangement;
+ Details of interior furniture samples, equipment;
+ Illustrative perspective drawings.
- The explanatory note includes: a list and statistics of equipment, material specifications, instructions for the construction contractor to implement according to the design, technical warranty, and maintenance procedures.
