How is a Lump Sum Construction Contract Paid?
Based on Clause 5, Article 19 of Decree 37/2015/ND-CP regarding payment regulations:
For lump-sum contracts: Payments are made according to the percentage of the contract price or the price of the project, project items, and work volume corresponding to the payment stages agreed upon by the parties in the contract. Detailed confirmation of the completed volume is not required upon payment.
