How are the Costs for Developing Construction and Urban Planning Tasks Determined?

Costs for formulating construction planning tasks and urban planning tasks are determined according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 6 of Circular 20/2019/TT-BXD. To be specific:

- Costs for formulating tasks for district region planning and inter-district region planning are determined based on the area scale, population density of the planning region, and the cost norms in Table No. 1 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for general urban planning are determined based on the area scale, type of the urban area, and population density of the planning area according to the cost norms in Table No. 2 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for subzone urban planning are determined based on the planning area scale and the cost norms in Table No. 3 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for detailed urban planning are determined based on the planning area scale and the cost norms in Table No. 4 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for specific urban design are determined by estimation but must not exceed 1.5 times the cost of formulating tasks for detailed urban planning at a scale of 1/500 corresponding to the area of the urban design project.

- Costs for formulating tasks for technical infrastructure sectoral planning of centrally governed cities are estimated based on the workload but must not exceed the cost calculated according to the percentage ratio in Table No. 5 - Appendix No. 1 compared to the cost of formulating tasks for general urban planning.

- Costs for formulating tasks for general construction planning of functional areas are determined based on the planning area scale and the cost norms in Table No. 6 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for subzone construction planning of functional areas are determined based on the planning area scale and the cost norms in Table No. 7 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for detailed construction planning of functional areas are determined based on the planning area scale and the cost norms in Table No. 8 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for general construction planning of communes are determined based on the forecasted population scale within the planning period in the approved planning tasks (excluding forecasted population based on vision) and the cost norms in Table No. 9 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for detailed construction planning of rural residential points are determined based on the planning area scale and the cost norms in Table No. 10 - Appendix No. 1.

- Costs for formulating tasks for other types of planning projects are determined by creating an estimate.
