Fees for appraisal of technical design in Vietnam in 2020
Pursuant to Article 3 of Circular 34/2020/TT-BTC and Circular 210/2016/TT-BTC stipulates:
From May 5, 2020, to the end of December 31, 2020, the collection and submission rate for technical design appraisal fees will be 50% of the fee rate specified in the Fee Schedule issued with Circular No. 210/2016/TT-BTC.
The fee rates according to Circular 210/2016/TT-BTC are as follows:
1. Fees for appraisal of technical design and construction estimates (Appraisal of technical design, construction cost appraisal for three-step design; construction drawing design, project cost appraisal for two-step design)
