Database on Technical Safety Inspection of Labor: What Does It Include?

Based on Clause 2, Article 10 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BXD (Effective from October 15, 2021), it is stipulated:

The database on occupational safety technical inspection includes:

Information of organizations granted certificates of eligibility to perform occupational safety technical inspections, including: name, address, organization’s registration certificate number; list of types of machinery and equipment that require strict occupational safety standards used in construction (hereinafter referred to as machinery, equipment) within the scope of inspection; date of issuance, expiry date of the certificate; violations (if any);

Information of individuals granted inspector certificates, including: full name, inspector’s identification number; list of machinery and equipment within the scope of inspection; date of issuance, expiry date of the inspector certificate; violations (if any);

Information of machinery and equipment that have been inspected for occupational safety technical standards, updated by organizations and individuals into the software as prescribed in Clause 3 of this Article.
