Content of the Decision Approving the Construction Design Implementation Following the Basic Design
According to Clause 1, Article 40 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP, the contents of the decision approving the construction design implemented after the basic design include:
- Approving authority;
- Name of the project or part of the project;
- Project name;
- Type and classification of the project;
- Construction location;
- Contractor preparing the construction survey report;
- Contractor preparing the construction design;
- Unit appraising the construction design;
- Scale, technical standards; design solutions for efficient energy use and resource savings (if any);
- Design lifespan of the project;
- Estimated construction value broken down by cost items;
- Other contents.
