Are the minutes of a condominium meeting required to be recorded?

Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 06/2019/TT-BXD (amending Article 16 of the Regulation on management and use of apartment buildings issued together with Circular 02/2016/TT-BXD) stipulates as follows:

Article 16. Components of participants and voting at the apartment building conference

5. All decisions of the apartment building or apartment complex conference are passed based on the majority principle by voting or ballot; the contents of the meeting must be documented in minutes and signed by the presiding members and the secretary of the apartment building conference."

=> Therefore, according to the above regulation, the contents of the meeting at the apartment building conference must be documented in minutes. The minutes must be signed by the presiding members and the secretary of that meeting.
