Appraisal Report on the Architectural Management Regulations: Content Overview
Clause 3, Article 9 of Decree 85/2020/ND-CP (Effective from September 7, 2020) stipulates as follows:
The appraisal report must clearly express the Appraisal Council's opinions on the appraisal content specified in Clause 1 of this Article and conclude whether the regulations are eligible or not eligible for submission for approval.
Thus, the appraisal report on architectural management regulations includes the following contents:
- The Appraisal Council's opinions on the following contents:
+ Compliance with the principles of architectural activities stipulated in Article 4 of the Law on Architecture;
+ Adherence to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 14 of the Law on Architecture;
+ Ensuring the contents as prescribed in Article 12, Article 13 of this Decree.
- Conclusion on whether the regulations are eligible or not eligible for submission for approval.
