Application for Construction Permit for New Building Projects Along a Route

Based on Clause 2, Article 43 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP, the application dossier for a construction permit in the case of new construction works along a line includes the following documents:

- Application form for a construction permit as prescribed in Form No. 01, Appendix II of this Decree;

- One of the documents proving land use rights as prescribed by land law or the approval document from the competent state authority regarding the location and route plan or the Land recovery decision from the competent state authority as prescribed by land law;

- Documents as prescribed at Point c, Clause 1 of this Article;

- 02 sets of construction design drawings in the post-basic design file approved in accordance with construction law, including: location diagram of the project line; overall site plan or project route plan; principal longitudinal and cross-sectional drawings of the project line; site plan and foundation cross-sections; drawings showing the main structural solutions of the project; site plan showing connections to the external technical infrastructure systems of the project.
