Application Dossier for Adjustment of Construction Permit

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 51 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP, the application dossier for adjusting the construction permit includes:

- The application form for adjusting the construction permit, according to Form No. 02 Appendix II of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP;

- The original issued construction permit;

- 02 sets of construction design drawings in the adjusted construction design dossier to be implemented after the basic design approval as prescribed by the construction law, corresponding to the provisions of Article 43, Article 44, Article 45, Article 46, or Article 47 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP;

- The appraisal report and the document approving the adjusted construction design (excluding single-family houses) from the investor, which must include content on ensuring load-bearing safety, fire and explosion prevention and safety, and environmental protection.
