Amending Construction Design: Is Re-Evaluation Required?

According to Point b, Clause 3, Article 17 of Circular 18/2016/TT-BXD, it is stipulated that cases of design adjustments must undergo re-evaluation. To be specific:

Adjustments to construction design due to changes in geological conditions of the project, design load, structural solutions, materials used for load-bearing structures (except in cases where it enhances the safety of the project), and construction organization methods affecting the load-bearing safety of the project.

Thus, if your side adjusts the design for the above reasons, the revised design must be re-evaluated.

However, if design adjustments are made for other reasons, the revised design does not need to be re-evaluated.
