Agency Receiving Applications for Allocation, Recognition, and Return of Sea Areas
According to Clause 1, Article 25 of Decree 11/2021/ND-CP (Effective from March 30, 2021), this content is regulated as follows:
Receiving Agency:
- The Administrative Procedure Receipt and Result Delivery Unit of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is the agency responsible for receiving applications for assigning, recognizing, and returning marine areas; extending, amending, and supplementing the Decision to assign marine areas under the authority of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
- The Provincial Public Administration Service Center is the agency responsible for receiving applications for assigning, recognizing, and returning marine areas; extending, amending, and supplementing the Decision to assign marine areas under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee. In case there is no Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is the receiving agency;
- The Receipt and Result Delivery Unit under the District People's Committee is the agency responsible for receiving applications for assigning, recognizing, and returning marine areas; extending, amending, and supplementing the Decision to assign marine areas under the authority of the District People's Committee. In case there is no Receipt and Result Delivery Unit, the District Division of Natural Resources and Environment is the receiving agency.
