According to Clause 4c, Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the provisions are as follows:
A fine ranging from 50,000,000 VND to 70,000,000 VND shall be imposed for any of the following acts:
Failure to arrange the premises, connection ports, and necessary technical conditions as required by the Ministry of Information and Communications, and the Ministry of Public Security.
