What is the fine for a husband verbally abusing his wife?

Based on Clause 1, Point a Clause 3 Article 51 of Decree 167/2013/ND-CP regulating acts of insulting the honor and dignity of family members as follows:

A fine ranging from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND shall be imposed for acts of insulting, berating, and infringing upon the honor and dignity of family members.

Remedies:

A public apology must be made if the victim requests it for acts stipulated in Clause 1 and Clause 2 of this Article.

Thus, according to the above regulations, it can be seen that for acts of insulting, berating, and infringing upon the honor and dignity of family members (verbal abuse), a fine ranging from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND will be imposed and a public apology must be made if you request it.
