According to Clause 4, Article 1 of Decree 80/2018/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
- The minimum duration for voluntary drug rehabilitation is 6 months, including: detoxification treatment, health recovery; education, behavioral and personality recovery; therapeutic labor, vocational counseling, vocational training, preparation for community reintegration; prevention and control of relapse.
- The minimum duration for detoxification treatment, detoxification, treatment of mental disorders, and health recovery is 20 days.
Thus, the minimum duration for voluntary rehabilitation is 6 months.
