What does traffic control include?

Clause 2, Article 10 of Circular 65/2020/TT-BCA (effective from August 05, 2020) stipulates the contents of traffic control, specifically:

- Control the documents related to the person and the vehicle, including: Driver’s license; Certificate of training on road traffic law knowledge; Certificates or licenses to operate specialized motorbikes; Vehicle registration certificate; Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection for motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes (for types of vehicles required to be inspected); Certificate of civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners and other related documents as prescribed by law;

- Control the conditions for participation in traffic by the vehicle

Conduct control in the sequence from front to back, from left to right, from outside to inside, from top to bottom;

Control the shape, exterior dimensions, paint color, license plates in the front, rear, and on both sides of the vehicle as prescribed;

Control the technical safety and environmental protection conditions of road motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes;

- Control the compliance with regulations of the law on road transport activities.
