Vietnam: What is the suspension period of driving license in case of parking motor vehicles against the road use rules causing traffic congestion?
Under Point dd Clause 4 Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP:
4. A fine ranging from VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000 shall be imposed upon a vehicle operator who commits any of the following violations:

dd) Stopping, parking, making a u-turn against the rules and thus causing traffic congestion;
...
Thus, according to the regulations, a fine ranging from VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000 will be imposed for parking motor vehicles against the road use rules causing traffic congestion in Vietnam. Additionally, the violator will have the driving license suspended for 01-03 months (Point b Clause 11 of this Article).
