Vietnam: Penalties for violations related to alcohol content in 2020
According to the provisions of Clause 8, Article 8 of the Road Traffic Law 2008, Vietnamese law strictly prohibits the operation of motor vehicles, tractors, and heavy-weight vehicles on the road with blood or breath alcohol content.
Operation of vehicles with blood or breath alcohol content is considered a violation of the law and is subject to penalties according to Vietnamese regulations.
