Using Feet to Operate a Car: What Are the Consequences?

I have a few questions regarding penalties for road traffic violations and would like to ask everyone the following question: How is the act of using feet to control a car handled? I look forward to receiving a response soon. Thank you!

At Point d, Clause 8, Article 5 of Decree 46/2016/ND-CP stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of road and railway traffic as issued by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, a person committing this violation will be penalized as follows:

A fine ranging from 7,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND will be imposed on the driver who uses their foot to control the vehicle's steering wheel while the vehicle is moving on the road;

In addition to the monetary fine, the driver committing this violation will also be revoked of their driver's license for a period of 02 to 04 months.

The above is the response regarding handling acts of using feet to steer a car.

Sincerely!
