A fine ranging from 80,000 VND to 100,000 VND shall be imposed on operators of vehicles committing one of the following violations:
Operators of bicycles, motorized bicycles using umbrellas, mobile phones; carrying passengers on bicycles, motorized bicycles using umbrellas;
Thus, in case you operate an electric bicycle and use a mobile phone, you will be fined from 80,000 VND to 100,000 VND.
