According to Clause 1c, Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (effective from April 15, 2020), the provisions are as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed for any of the following acts:
Updating information about the emergency response focal point not within the stipulated time when there is a change.
Thus, the penalty for the act of updating information about the emergency response focal point not within the stipulated time when there is a change ranges from 10 to 20 million VND.
