Traffic Police must submit the fine to the State Treasury within how many days?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 69 of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations 2012, the regulation is as follows:
Individuals or organizations in violation shall pay fines on the spot to the person authorized to impose penalties. The person collecting the fines is responsible for issuing a receipt for the collected fines to the individuals or organizations paying the fines and must submit the collected fines directly to the State Treasury or deposit them into the State Treasury's account within 02 working days from the day of collecting the fines.
Thus, when the Traffic Police collect fines, they are responsible for issuing a receipt for the collected fines to the individuals or organizations paying the fines and must submit the collected fines directly to the State Treasury or deposit them into the State Treasury's account within 02 working days as stipulated above.
Respectfully!
