Title: Penalties for Improper Evasion Causing Traffic Accidents While Driving Cars

At Point a Clause 7 Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated:

Failure to pay attention, driving over the speed limit causing traffic accidents; stopping, parking, making a U-turn, reversing, avoiding vehicles, overtaking, changing direction, changing lanes in a non-compliant manner causing traffic accidents; not driving in the correct lane, not maintaining a safe distance between vehicles as prescribed causing traffic accidents or entering roads with signage prohibiting entry for the type of vehicle being operated, going against one-way traffic, going against the direction on roads with "No Entry" signs causing traffic accidents, except for violations prescribed at Point a Clause 8 of this Article;

Additionally, the above violations may result in the suspension of the driver's license for 02 to 04 months.

=> Thus, the act of driving a car to avoid another vehicle in a non-compliant manner causing a traffic accident will be fined from VND 10,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 and the driver's license will be suspended for 02 to 04 months.
