Throwing Rocks at the National Gate Fined Up to 20 Million VND

According to Clause 6, Article 7 of Decree 96/2020/ND-CP (effective from October 10, 2020), the following provisions are outlined:

Fines ranging from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND shall be imposed for the act of dumping, discharging, or throwing waste, dirt, chemicals, bricks, stones, or other objects into the National Border Gate area or other constructions located within the National Border Gate area.

Thus, the act of throwing stones or bricks into the National Border Gate area is an illegal act and, if detected, will incur a very severe penalty ranging from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND.

Additionally, the violator will be compelled to leave the land border gate area and restore the landscape of the border gate area (According to Points b and c, Clause 8 of this Article).
