The Penalty for Producing Animal Feed Without Information Disclosure?
Clause 3, Clause 8b, Clause 9 Article 14 of Decree 14/2021/ND-CP on imposing penalties for violations of regulations on the conditions of animal feed production facilities are as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 shall be imposed for producing each animal feed product that has not had its product information announced on the portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Additional forms of penalties
b) Suspension of animal feed production activities from 01 month to 03 months for violations specified in Clause 3, Clause 5 of this Article.
- Remedial measures
Mandatory recall and repurposing of animal feed products already sold in the market for violations specified in Clauses 3, 5, 6, and 7 of this Article.
According to Clause 2 Article 5 of this Decree, this is the penalty amount for individual violators. For organizational violators, the penalty amount is doubled.
=> Thus, animal feed production facilities that produce products without announcing the product information on the portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be fined from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000.
Additionally, the facility will be suspended from production activities from 01 month to 03 months, and they are required to recall and repurpose the animal feed products already sold in the market.
