The Highest Penalty for Alcohol Concentration Violation When Operating a Motorcycle

At Point g Clause 8 Article 6 Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated:

A fine of 6,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND, revocation of the driving license from 22 months to 24 months, and temporary seizure of the vehicle for a maximum of 07 days before issuing a decision on the penalty for the driver who commits one of the following violations, including:

Driving on the road with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding 80 milligrams/100 milliliters of blood or exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath;

=> Thus, according to the above regulation, the highest fine for alcohol concentration violations when driving a motorbike ranges from 6,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND. Additionally, the above-mentioned violation also results in the revocation of the driving license from 22 months to 24 months and temporary seizure of the vehicle for a maximum of 07 days.
