* This form is used to enforce part of the administrative penalty decision in cases where the sanctioned individual is deceased or missing, or the sanctioned organization is dissolved or bankrupt as stipulated in Article 75 of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations.

^(10)^ Specify the specific case: if continuing the enforcement of the confiscation of administrative violation evidence, means of violation, then write «confiscation of administrative violation evidence, means of violation»; if continuing the enforcement of remedial measures, then write «remedial measures»; if continuing the enforcement of both the confiscation of administrative violation evidence, means of violation, and remedial measures; then write «confiscation of administrative violation evidence, means of violation and imposing remedial measures».
