Penalty for Not Reporting, Providing, or Updating Information on Network Information Security Incident Response Contacts
According to Clause 1b, Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
Failing to report the dossier, provide, update information about the focal point for incident response, technical human resources for information security, incident response within the scope of management to the national coordination agency.
Thus, the act of failing to report the dossier, provide, update information about the focal point for network information security incident response will be fined from VND 10 to 20 million.
