Penalty for Failing to Comply with Traffic Controllers' Signals or Instructions When Driving a Car
According to Point b, Clause 4, Article 5 of Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated:

- A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed on drivers committing one of the following violations: Among them,
Failing to comply with the orders or guidance of traffic controllers or traffic inspectors;
- In addition, the aforementioned violation will result in the revocation of the driver's license for a period from 01 month to 03 months. In cases where the violation leads to a traffic accident, the revocation period of the driver's license will be from 02 months to 04 months.
