Penalties for Disposing of Dead Pigs from Blue Ear Disease into the Environment

At Point a, Section 6, Article 5 of Decree 90/2017/ND-CP, it is stipulated:

The act of transporting or disposing of diseased or deceased livestock and poultry, and their products into the environment will be fined from 5,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND.

Additionally, violators are required to destroy the animals, animal products, carcasses, and their products according to the provisions of Point a, Section 10 of this Article.

This fine is applied to the violation committed by individuals. For organizations committing the same violation, the fine imposed is double that for individuals (Section 2, Article 4).

=> Thus, if people dispose of diseased pig carcasses into the environment without proper burial, they will be subject to the above-mentioned penalty, from 5,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND.
